Construction & Technical Details

(1) Constructed with precise aluminum die-cast body with rustproof steel arm

(2) Heat treated steel rack and pinion immersed in high grade oil operate a nest of coils to give a smooth precise action & minimum wear

(3) Piston and spindle has been heat treated for high strength

(4) Stable hydraulic oil for any climatic operation and constant lubrication from -45°C to +50°C

Function

(1) Available for 4 different power sizes can be used on interior or exterior door

(2) Adjustable closing & latching speed

 a.Closing speed adjusting valve, range from 180° to 15°

 b.Latching speed adjusting valve, range from 15° to 0°

(3) Built-in hold open (optional)

 a.Built-in hold open function can be used to hold door open at angle 85° round

(4) Adjustable backcheck (optional)

 a.Backcheck function provides a cushioning effect when the door is forcibly thrown open but does not serve as a substitute for a door stop. Normal operation range from 75° to 80°

Warranty

G400 series door closer is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of manufacture against any defect in material or workmanship. Defective product will be replaced by a new unit. This guarantee is void if the product has been subjected of misapplication or abuse.
